I-GTM School / Hosted Services Terms

These Terms apply to schools and institutions subscribing to the I-GTM platform. They should be read together with the I-GTM General Terms and Conditions.

1. Access to the Platform

  • I-GTM grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the Contract Term.
  • Access is for authorised users only (staff, parents, guardians, students).
  • The Customer must ensure login credentials remain confidential and are not shared.

2. Service Availability

  • I-GTM will use reasonable endeavours to maintain service availability.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Downtime due to force majeure, internet failures, or scheduled maintenance is not a breach.
  • Scheduled maintenance will normally be outside business hours, with advance notice where possible.

3. Support Services

  • Helpdesk support is available during business hours (09:00–17:00 GMT/BST).
  • Queries must be raised through authorised helpdesk channels.
  • Support may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid after 30 days.

4. Charges and Payment

  • Charges are as set out in the Contract of Service or otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
  • Payments by direct debit or bank transfer only.
  • Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Data Processing

  • The School is the Data Controller; I-GTM acts as a Data Processor.
  • Data is processed only as required to deliver the Services.
  • Details are set out in the I-GTM Data Protection Policy (available on our website).
  • Schools must ensure that data provided to I-GTM is accurate, complete, and lawful.

6. Duration and Termination

  • Terms commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated.
  • Either party may terminate with not less than one academic year’s written notice.
  • Immediate termination is permitted in cases of material breach or insolvency.
  • Access to the platform will cease upon termination. Outstanding charges must be settled within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, software, and documentation remain with I-GTM. The Customer’s licence is limited to internal use in accordance with these Terms and the General Terms.

8. Subcontracting

I-GTM may subcontract hosting, technical support, or other services to reputable third parties but remains responsible for their performance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
