National minimum standards September 2022

The latest update to the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools comes in to force on 5th September 2022 and in paragraph 11.2 it states The school should make arrangements, with parents and carers, which are clear about who is responsible for the collection and transport of boarders (including arrangements for international pupils) at the start and end of the school term and where there is any temporary absence from school. Deputy Heads Conference 12-14th June

We are delighted to be attending the Deputy Heads' Conference in Stratford upon Avon from the 12th to 14th June 2022. Shrewsbury School now live with i-gtm

Parents of Shrewsbury boarders have now started notifying travel and booking places on school coaches and in taxis using i-gtm. Reaction is extremely positive and support cases almost non-existent, indicating that parents are finding the booking form intuitive and simple to use. Shrewsbury parents are able to log in to i-gtm using MyParentPortal SSO making access very simple and fast.

Live!

We are delighted to announce that i-gtm is now live with Malvern College. Malvern has been an early champion of the software and instrumental in shaping it. Countdown to launch…

i-gtm is now fully developed and we start onboarding schools in March 2022. After twelve months of intensive development, i-gtm is now built - with both scale and simplicity at its core. The complexity of tying together an infinite array of travel possibilities and presenting it in an easily navigable, step by step format to non-technical users, has been a really enjoyable challenge. We believe that our clients will be delighted and we approach live date with great excitement.

v1.0 in testing

After months of development, i-gtm version 1.0 is in final testing before launch with our key clients. The software is set to streamline the way these schools gather crucial travel information, especially from the key overseas student body, allowing not only greater efficiencies in running chaperoned school transport, but vital record-keeping.
